Hangzhou Jinmeng Road Facility Co., Ltd is established in1999, which is a subsidiary under Zhejiang Sakura Group. Its registered capital is CNY 30,000,000. And it covers a land area of 70,000 square meters with total assets of 32.5 million usd. JINMENG is the most professional and the biggest manufacturer who specializes in composite manhole covers in China. Further, JINMENG is the drafter of Manhole Cover National Standard in China. In all, JINMENG is the leader in designing, producing and supplying patented composite manhole covers in China.JINMENG focus on R&D, quality, testing and service.There are 4 standard raw material workshops, 2 standard associated material workshops and 2 standard production workshops. On the equipment, there are 41 hydraulic machines which contain 200 tons to 1600 tons. There are more than 500 existing moulds in the factory.On the technic, there is a strong team consist of senior experts and senior engineers.JINMENG is mainly producing MANHOLE COVER, GRATING, TELECOM/POWER INSPECTION MANHOLE COVER, HIGHWAY FENCE, PLASTIC PRODUCTS, UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESIN, ENVIRONMENTAL DUSTBIN, BOLLARD, BENCH and so on.
JINMENG has patent on W Sheet Molding Compound which is called W-SMC manhole cover(under the patent application number of 200910095562.5).It is the best material in composite(plastic) manhole cover field so far.Its basic materia is unsaturated polyester resin. Meanwhile, use fiberglass and glass mat to reinforce it. It is non-metallic, non-conductive and non-sparking.It is excellent insulators against heat, is chemically inert and has zero scrap value.Its testing load match A15 to F900 according to BS EN124 standard. Its minimum lifespan is 30 maintenance free years.
